Eli has been particularly busy these couple of days, working fulltime, preparing for the next step at work and also juggling his business.

He constantly has more than one thing on his mind, and I can always tell when his mind is really busy. He will be working at his computer, having a conversation with me and then jumping straight into discussing something he is working on. He has this great ability to be working on his computer and still have heard and processed what I have just blabbered to him. I do not have that ability – literally have to stop all I am doing to focus on what the person is saying, if not the words would never reach my ears, much less mind.

Despite having to deal with all work stress, career development and entrepreneur stuff, Eli takes the time each and every evening without fail to just hold me, to be with me.

I am very grateful. With financial pressure, tight deadlines and workload, he wills himself to drop everything to just be present with me. We sing to each other, tell animated stories (he is so good at them!), look into each other’s eyes, testify to our relationship, give thanks and lay in quiet bliss, in the warmth and embrace of true love.

As the days go by, I’ve come to realize that there is NO WAY I deserve a man like this. There is only one explanation: I am truly blessed.
