I’ve decided to be deliberate in taking care of myself.
I’ll relax in my shower and not just bathe because I have to.
I’ll enjoy my manicure/pedicure and not just get it done because it’s routine.
I’ll not move during my facials because I can.
I’ll sit down and have a proper lunch, away from work, computer and my mobile phone.
I need to be deliberate in these things because I’ve been anxious for most of this year. I’ve fallen sick due to excessive levels of stress. My body is showing all signs of fatigue and I’m too young to not give it a shot.
